The clarity on dates is getting worse and that's why we can barely hold one. However allow me to speculate. The 2021 date may actually be a significant improvement. Previously commercial dates began at 2023 and extended to 2029. As far as revenues before then we can only hope and wonder that LTBR will still get the upfront licensing fees shortly after the JV. That's the best case scenario, but clearly the market is not willing to price in any best case scenario until Seth stops playing the shell game with dates.
