This law suit is very interesting as to the wording of " a very short time frame ". Now what in the heck in legal terms does that mean. If you look at JL fighting this battle for 20 years then what is a very short time frame, shorter than 20 years. BJ has been involved in this for the last 10 years so what does that mean. So a judge will hear that this mess is still going on (depending on when this case gets heard) and possibly dismiss it. Now here is the crazy thing this will cost Ms Gilmour money to get a lawyer and to take this to court. Let's say she wins and BJ and JL and DG have to pay for this. Well good luck trying to get money from this situation. At this moment MSX has been halted for over 2 years and is delisted so not trading so no money there. BJ has been trying to raise money but not trading means no investment so that is dead. Seems really strange for this lawsuit to move forward because there is no money to be returned to Ms Gilmour.
