the company is salvageable if they can figure out a way to monetize... after legalization

the stock is another story. If Dietrich is really out, then there are the 17mm shares he was issued that are potentially coming into the market from a disgruntled ex-employee that might seek revenge by smashing the bid, then there are the options and warrants that could see a "cashless exercise" with absolutely no benefit to the company, and then there is the ongoing need for cash to sustain operations that will need to be funded by the issuance of discounted stock
