I fully share the frustration of other serious posters and have noted on several occasions how needlessly repetitious the permitting process seems to be. However, it is the litigant enviros whom we should be venting at. They are the prime reason for delay and snails pace progress. By milking the liberal US legal system for all it is worth, they have literally forced both Company and State to dot every 'i' and cross every 't' to limit the possibility of yet more lawsuits. The seemingly endless public comment and review periods are more of the same. There is the delay. At the same time, the environmentalists are playing games on a daily basis with the the pps, causing uncertainty and damaging investor confidence. I am confident that we will get some much needed good news before Christmas, but I would like to know why, for example, the Federal Judge is still reserving a ruling on the Water Legacy hearing of nearly 6 months ago. Equally, perhaps someone has a better idea of where the Nolan Bill is at present?
