I've heard the US regulators are gonna begin cracking down on new potential MJ entrants on the OTC. Existing OTC MJ companies are fine...but any OTC companies that are thinking of switching biz models to MJ or off loading their public vehicles to MJ reverse merger candidates are now going to get put through the ringer by FINRA and the SEC...and the majority of the planned/contemplated deals will be declined.

No clue if that's how it's all gonna be playing out over the next couple of years...but if true it may force many private MJ start up companies with great early stage growth models to approach already publicly listed MJ companies to strike Joint Venture deals if their biz models need additional funding to take the next steps.

The market landscape for MJ companies is constantly shifting and will continue to do so all the while MJ remains illegal at the federal level in the USA...which opens up a world of opportunity for companies like this to continue growing via potential joint ventures and new start up acquisitions!
