Folks, remember that after R/S ,PPS will soon drop to as now, why ? because they will dump lots new shares to get the $$$ they want !!! So you must think that better off not to make R/S ,right ?? or vote against it , but those nice paying employees are waiting for their paychecks and going to eat up whatever company get $$$ from you !!!
