Nothing yet ok Stockinator...the old CEO just got this PubCo back from the last deal that fell through due to non-pymt. So the bet here is why would the old CEO bother spending thousands of dollars in accounting fees to get several years of long overdue financials completed and filed on OTC Markets ok!

That and the fact that the old CEO that has now got this vehicle back also holds a 1.7B control block which makes the tradable float a paltry 1.25B shares means that clearly fresh valuation driving material developments are most likely forthcoming on the near term horizon k glty!
