When gse's were in dire straits and the narrative was wind down and replace they didn't have a rat's **$ about hard working retail investors being wiped out! Now they have a big problem as the narrative changed and Frannie more profitable than ever! They can't stand the "small people" are to profit big! If available shares would be all in the hands of the richest this would've been resolved already!
