Unbelievable that INVESTORS are turning a blind eye here ...Here’s the facts of that filing ...
They settled with one creditor ( LAM ) There’s still more Debt out there. Plus on top of that they borrow from Peter to pay Paul ..they had to issue NEW shares to get IT Paid Down ..Shares that can convert at a major discount!!!! ...Yes , Major Discount...now there’s more shares coming out !!!!do you see that? It’s all cut and dry ..They are Diluting ....Once Again .....This is going Lower ( ASCM now @ 0.006 area ) SMH....BWAHAHAHAHA ....JKIR ...
