AFAIK, SEC Doesn't warn of suspensions. Investors/Gamblers take that risk when putting money into penny-scams. It seems like most scams don't get suspended, or not until the scam's run it's course for a while.

AZFL has been reported to the SEC, but the SEC won't comment about the status of investigations.

OTC is "Buyer Beware", Trade at your own risk.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
