I’m not a Rookie ..I know how to read Documents...It says to me that this was relieving certain past due debts. Not all of them. So unless you have a link that can with hundred 100% certainty tell me that ONCI is debt-free I’m not buying it. Remember this is just one creditor that is being paid down.
