"I live in the twin cities area. I have been a stock investor for decades. Every once in awhile I look to the OTC market for small, interesting companies that attract my attention. Although typically I look to the big board for the usual reasons.

Audited financials, positive track record, good trading volume, revenues, etc. I am very interested in the MJ business and cybercurrancy.

I like the EPAZ profile and the ZenaPay idea. My issue with EPAZ is integrity. I have not followed the company for long. I would like to know that this is a company that investors can have trust in. That corporate actions consider the impact to shareholders. I am curious how many segments to the EPAZ businesses there will be. Is EPAZ trying to do to many things without the proper focus? If you were a new investor in the company, would you invest with confidence?

Epazz is a software business. That is our focus. We have several software applications generating money. We are building a large portfolio of revenue producing software applications.

ZenaPay is our entry into the bitcoin and payment processing software business. Blockchain software is starting to be used by companies like JP Morgan Chase.

October 13, 2017, JPMorgan Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon said he sees potential in blockchain. Blockchain creates a quick, permanent and transparent record of transactions, eliminating the need for third party verification.

We are making the investment into Blockchain coding to take advantage of the new technology. Cannabis is the first industry which blockchain is very useful. People need a quick way to transact payments electronically. That is the goal of Zenapay.
