It is strange. Shareholders don't even care if there will ever be a product. Shareholders don't care if dilution was so severe it dropped the share price 90%. Shareholders don't care if the CEO causes the 90% devaluation of the stock because she sold 1/3 of the Authorized Shares for $119,000 and then spent almost all of that on personal expenses.

Why wouldn't shareholders care about the above events?
