My sentiments exactly, n3. Although I'd still be very reluctant to vote FOR even in those circumstances, it would at least make the R/S a bit more bearable. No way I'm voting FOR with a sleazy CEO and BOD with no info or plan. I'd rather take my chances on OTC. I still don't think NASDAQ will give them the boot after 11/15 if the R/S fails IF CYTR files for another appeal with NASDAQ or with the SEC or Federal Court level, if necessary.

I expect another 10 days of the same here, so I'll probably take some time away and enjoy the nice fall weather while it lasts. I'm surprised "Zombie" didn't schedule the SHM for Halloween on 10/31 for a real trick or treat fest! LOL!
