They have mentioned a few acquisitions that we know of. I believe the first 2 will happen for sure. Not sure about the 3rd.

1) The Company continues to move ahead with the recently announced acquisition of the cloud-based franchising software company and future acquisitions may potentially be done so by way of preferred stock to further this initiative.

2) Meeting Tuesday to finalize and close an acquisition that will take advantage of and expand on S&L distribution capabilities in a new way.

3) Infused Vodka, Wine and Gin company. This potential acquisition is a brand of infused spirits which has already achieved one of the most difficult tasks in the alcoholic beverage sector, being awarded shelf space in major alcohol retailers in Canada (LCBO). The company is still in the due diligence phase of this potential acquisition and is further analyzing potential for cross synergies with existing subsidiaries. We will provide our investors with further details and a final decision once this is reached.
