Laborsmart is dead! The doors have closed long ago folks! AFPW never ever opened the doors. Fong created AFPW as a shell business so he could bring in dilution money to help keep a roof over his head. Neither business has any employee's (AFPW never ever did). People are now reaching with this scam talking about merger. What in God's name do they merge together? A shell company in AFPW that has only Schadel himself as an employee. AFPW has no products to lease or sell, 30 million in debt, they don't even own a pencil how could it... ITS A SHELL COMPANY.. If you don't know what shell means LOOK IT UP!!!!!
To bring AFPW to life would be like starting a brand new business from scratch because the only thing AFPW has is a desk an phone in a rented cubicle that is behind in its rent in a strip mall. Schadel neither has the brains or finances to start any kind of new business. He looks for the easy way out by scamming people out of their money. That is a hell of a lot easier to do then go legit and a lot cheaper. He is a born crook plain and simple and anyone getting caught up in this latest round of BS is going to get burned just like all the others. Not 1 person has ever made a buck on this scam....EVER!

Be wise and don't fall into this scam trap like hundreds and hundreds have since 2010. Again, not 1 person has ever left here with a smile on their faces....EVER!!!!
