Mc can't take away ALL of those warrants JH created...after the March 2018's expire worthless there are still ~137M warrants that will have to be accounted for. Yes - the rest will all be in the money upon a major partnership or acquisition. One small hiccup - a rs happens first and you have to do it at the proper time and "play it" right folks.

To get PPS UP - more milestones have to be met and unless a TON of those 20 cent warrants get exercised to provide needed cash, look for at least 2 more rounds of financing (likely with more warrants attached). TRXC news did NOTHING for Titan and that is really sad.

Even if they use a rs to uplist - the market (which can include competitor manipulation) is going to cream this stock soon after it happens before it rebounds and stabilizes IMO. Nothing ever comes easy with this ticker. GLTY
