Like many have said, he constantly files late. It's frequent with smaller companies that do not have the man power like other larger companies filing with the sec that can ear Mark for accounting firms. Also, there would be so little benefit to putting a product like that private. If they keep it public, they would have much easier time with getting funding for operations, R&D and marketing.
