I always liked KAYS..but the business plan is flawed...in need of money and hard to find financial backers in the past.

The Government is making it very hard to build a business in Marijuana sector.

Yet they still claim Taxes and will not let those companies declare write-offs.

There is another Company[much bigger and higher debt]that is in the same boat as KAYS.

Both will do real good in mid 2018.

KAYS needs to OPEN Kaya Shack #4 immediately!!
