I have an idea that I think you'll like. Since CEPSA was the operator on 11A, you should offer your advice on how they should have drilled 11A. They were introduced to ERHC as a multinational oil company qualified to explore that block. Criticizing Peter and our management probably fell on deaf ears (mine too). Explain to this board how ERHC management has any responsibility for the "dry hole". Most don't believe that. There were hydrocarbon shows (100 meters) plus, plus. Although not in commercial quantities. I believe you have a moral responsibility to contact CEPSA's director of exploration to give them your take on their failure. Their contact information is available at their website. Perhaps your 'group' can do that for you? Or, someone on this board. I believe they would appreciate all your critical or constructive opinions? Just a suggestion.
