If Dr. Seymour isn't trying to raise more money right now he is being derelict in his duty. However, Trendliner is probably right that investors are giving a pass to any PIPE deal offered by NNVC. At this point no big investors are going to go in intending to hold until a 'cide gets an NDA. PIPE investors will want a deal that pretty much guarantees them a profit in under a year. That will mean shares offered at a very deep discount to the current low, low price.

The last good time to refinance was when the stock price spiked up to $3. That ship has sailed.
