I found this quote from the recent Attorney Letter interesting:

The financial statements are not audited and were prepared by Jeffrey Canouse,
the Company’s CEO. Mr. Canouse’s many years of executive management and his knowledge of finance and accounting qualifies him to prepare the Company’s unaudited
financial statements.

So THIS is the guy that prepared HVCW's financial disclosures? Yikes!
