I hope any remainng ERHC assets get "stolen" immediately by somebody that knows what to do with them. When a company tries for a decade to find oil and doesn't find a drop they don't deserve the right to keep any assets. ERHC stole 13 million dollars from CEPSA, from the US Treasury and from convertible debenture holders and those parties should get paid first. And they will be paid with whatever assets are left. That's the way business works in the real world

The ones who won't get paid are the current shareholders who are at the bottom of the food chain when it comes to getting anything. ERHC stole from us too. Too bad. Being the last last in line as lowly common shareholders is no fun. It's over and it wasn't any fun while it lasted.
