Well ..I think yes ..but also he didn't say there would be a buyback.

IMO it was a tweet in response to all of the discussion on the message board that weekend surrounding a potential buyback/reduction. So he tweeted the below as you know. There is a "?" at the end which means which of these will they deliver, but doesn't mean they will deliver on all of them. As we know they already did the AS reduction and will do more of OS reduction.
