Why would anybody think something was gonna happen

before next year ?? .. Congress has few acutal days left

and is tied up w Tax Reform, the Budget , Health Care etc etc etc

the GSEs are low priority for them compared with current issues

until there is an impending Crisis that THEY MUST act upon ...
