I think the combination of the Fed not raising rates for the remainder of the year AND Trump lowering corporate taxes to 20% from 35% will have a significant impact on everyones bottom line. Prior to the Fed rate raise ORC and many other REITS showed profitable quarters.

Either way ORC is solid company to invest in.
