i thought china held about 90% of rare earth metals.
we even depend on them for some of are targeting weapons.
then i read that they found lots of those minerals in the tailings of those huge gold rigs up in AK and Yukon, but never saw it again so guessing it would be to hard to get our of the ground.
china is an interest study, comunisum mixed with capitalism. lots of folks think this is what Gorbachaph (sp as usual) should have done, slowly rather that overnight and the ussr crumbled.
anyway, hope you are doing well. i keep looking at the melt up with awe, and wondering how long the musical chairs can last, years longer that i first thought, didn't dawn me and ALL the world banks would print money as fast as us.....
