It’s not $21 million each month. Lol. First assuming that Darkpulse is actually successful in negotiating a contract the TOTAL project value is stated to be $107 million. The $21.4 million would be BVTK’s “commission” which is billed on the basis of work completed by Darkpulse and Darkpulse being paid. So the $21.4 million would be billed a piece at a time on a monthly basis as Darkpulse gets paid each month over the life of the project.
