I really don't think there is a buyback to discuss.

They already reduced Authorized Shares.

They announced reduction of 20 million Outstanding Shares to take place with potential for more reduction down the road.

They will be spinning off dividend shares in a new company shortly after uplist.

I don't really think it is possible or prudent to do anything more at this time with regards to share structure.
