Nuclear weapon is 70 year old technology. Israel was working on microwave weapons. Both Russia and the US know how to make a weapon to seed the ionishpere and kill everything on the planet. ( That came from Teller eons ago, father of the hydrogen bomb when he stated that nuclear bombs are not the most ultimate weapons.) There is a lot of stuff that they don't say. They are working on lazars. And it was proven that they can do just as much damage as a nuclear weapon with fire bombing.

Weapon that doesn't leave radioactive fallout you say? They have had something way better for eons. Nuclear bomb that gives off gamma rays. No fallout, buildings are not harmed, just the people die. Can move into the homes and buildings 1 minute after it goes off. Just bring along a dump truck to cart the dead bodies away.
