Until ONCI presents audited financials & reports to the securities & exchange commission about their deals, it's going to remain low due to too many years of people losing to the 'too good to be true' scenario! That's my opinion, and frankly ONCI does look too good to be true. But I'm in heavy and believe every bit as much as the well known pair InstaTrader & Mary. I still say it's a life changing opportunity, but it's going to take patience.
