Firstly, $BVTK is not a one-man show, just review the many MAP agreements in place. Secondly, the JV's in place. Thirdly, the India deal is signed, so revenue will be coming in. Lastly, a RS is not needed as a stock buyback and retirement is more likely, IMHO

NASDAQ my butt: You will never see BVTK on that exchange until a RS has reduced the OS to maybe 25 Mil. And 4$ a SHARE.

He has been pumping this issue for 3 years.
The financials prove he is not getting any of the contracts fulfilled.
