Good points bob. My FAQ (which presupposes a scenario down the road) is what will happen to PIOE once all the NOL's are used up. Depending on RCP's profits, this could happen as soon as 3-4 years from now. What will RCP do with PIOE at that point? Maybe they will want to go private again and will offer to buyout all remaining shareholders (210 Capital and us retailers)?? Point is, I really don't see any advantage to RCP being a part of PIOE once the NOL's are gone. Am I just being blind here to something I don't see?

Just some crazy thoughts of mine. - lol
