You ever wonder about those 71 Million shares issued to Grandview Capital on March 8, 2017? Purdon owns Grandview Capital and Purdon had signed an employment agreement with QEDN on February 1, 2017 to be an Executive. QEDN listed Purdon as VP of Business Development for the Big Natural in June of 2017.

Why were the shares issued to Grandview Capital free trading instead of restricted?
