That’s great. But as I have said, Crucialtec is not the “parent company”. They do not exercise control and Crucialtrak appears to be looking for it owns investors.

Since Crucialtrak is a private company we have no insight or visibility into how it is actually structured and what the extent of the relationship with Crucialtec is legally.
