Looking forward to what our CEO has to say this week. I hope he will say he has agreed to all thier demands and will be stepping aside and selling his company outright to Canoe.

Is Podwerks considered a shell company? If it is, it'd be great if Franjose could just accept it and sell his shell company for a giant profit. Franjose would be considered an honorable hero from all around the world! Plus Franjose could stay on as a consultant to help with pods.

I've been reading up on buyouts or reverse mergers and they look like really sweet deals for all involved.

Just my own thoughts and opinions and maybe misunderstandings.
