That's one Billion 692 Million 117 thousand twenty three common shares owned by Passalaqua Joseph Charles, not the company...Right?

So he is the CEO, he would have to file a form 4 if he were to sell off any of those shares.
Having an officer of the company own such a huge pile of shares would be indicative of that officer planning on taking the company somewhere other than down the tubes.

Pretty good story developing here.
