I think their sincerity is anecdotal, and the silver lining behind their motive is about money. We're talking about Finra's due process here and since when do they ever want to help any small businesses thrive? Most of the time they don't even want to give them a chance. I'm highly skeptical but at least this step is heading towards the right direction.
