What? Margrit can not increase the AS simply due to the fact she’s failed to pay the Nevada SOS, let’s not forget that little detail. They don’t allow deadbeat companies to continue increasing their AS.

Margrit / MRIB in 3 years in arrears, their Nevada SOS incorporation is Revoked.

Before that, Margrit had her California Marani incorporations FTB Suspended / FTB Forfeited for failing to pay taxes, penalties, interest, and/or file a return. That makes three times she’s stiffed a Secretary of State with which her businesses were incorporated.
