Here is a link that states "litigation goes first to the District Court level before being passed on to the Circuit Court. The reason for this is because the Circuit Court only hears appeals. An initial decision made by a lower court judge must be made first before a case can be appealed.:"
So, MAXD can actually appeal, but that can take years and a couple of million dollars in the pockets of the MAXD management, but that is probably what they want.
Anyone thinking of investing or dropping more into MAXD should really do their due diligence and check out ALL of the press releases and see for themselves if any of the deals every came to fruition. Some of it is even on the SEC filings about the promise of "deals" that never happened.
