A bit of DD shows Hughes was also "chief science officer" of PVSP - that stock went straight to No bid after he joined and they ran various P&Ds. It appears INOH is using that same P&D game plan, it’s odd that Hughes “coincidentally” connected with a decade long P&D like INOH.

Interesting as well, INOH issued Calder Capital Group, LLC and Gary Williams $30k each in convertible notes.

Calder Capital is known to be a third party provider, including promotion of a Company or its securities.
