If RenTech sold or not sot sold, hard to say. They're not an eager bunch to get their SEC filings in. Either way, they win out. They seem to have a very unique tax structure in place when it comes to filing with the IRS.

I do hope it works out for the company, and do hope they remain vigilant when dealing with Hudson Bay Capital. There are a tricky bunch.

Anyhow, any further discussion on this matter is redundant until the unfolding of the next chapter.
