I am very aware of the history ABHI, played this several years ago when it had a great share structure, but lying management. I am not interested in cheap shares, I don't buy OTC stocks with 1.7 BILLION shares outstanding, period. The management may say they aren't interested in an RS, but the PPS isn't going anywhere until they do one, which WILL happen once dilution ends. Mark this post!
