Be very careful here, over 1.7 BILLION OS. I think ABHI is on it's way to becoming a legit company, but don't see how they can do it without another RS (remember they did an RS in early 2016 and have diluted well over a 1.5 billion shares since, time for another one, IMO). They will most likely get current, RS and hope to uplist to at least the QB.

Do not rely on my opinions when making investment decisions. They are only opinions and I am probably no smarter than you!
