For starters hospitals have to carry their own liability insurance.

And second they are not in the doc business. It has nothing to do with the ACA.

As I explained there are very few docs who maintain their own practices anymore. And again that has nothing to do with the ACA. It's called economics and economies of scale.

Regarding your other issue concerning residencies.

Again nothing to do with the ACA. Congress could fix that in a NY minute.

Put your paint brush away if you want to have an intelligent discussion. The system has been broken for years. The ACA was a first stab at fixing it.
