These guys look very closely connected to ECARD Inc and Eastone Capital, who actually purchased the shares here, looks like their business will rely their own branded version of ECARD.

CloudUnion is an American subsidiary for YunLianHui of China, starting its United States operations in Fall 2017. YunLianHui has seen exponential growth with 8 million consumers in 3 years. YunLianHui is expanding to New Zealand, Taiwan and South Korea along with United States.
