.60 cents is not a bad price at all with that share structure (5.5M o/s) but there just wasn't enough details for me to buy. I'm sure it's not going to be a ghost writing company, there will almost certainly be a change of control there soon, we've seen it a thousand times, especially the ones with foreign ownership, in this case Russian.
Plus, for some reason I don't care for the ones that drop a block to an insider or MM cheap then they turn around and list it 5 bags, 10 bags or more higher, obviously this happens a lot but it's a matter of principle for me I guess.....or perhaps I'm just PO'ed I didn't get the cheapies myself....lol. In any case I don't buy them all that often, just depends on whats rolling in.
