Dan gave away the Shining Tree property and now it appears he has given away over half of the gem of the company by giving Pootsy up to 51% of Nemogesenda for a mere 250K.

To make matters worse, Dan gave Poots the Chairmanship of the company (which appears to have been done illegally). Now Pootsy Boy can make sure he gets the 51%, can't he?

The final blow is that Dan has done all of this secretly by refusing to disclose to shareholders the conditions of the deal.

It's all got to be a bad joke.

Sorry, but I can't imagine how anyone could possibly support Dan after these atrocious actions unless he or she just enjoys getting abused.

Why not offer Dan a chance? I believe everyone that reads the court reports suspects that something may have been less then above board with Scott.

Why not let Dan try to correct it? No one can argue that Scott made progress within the last 4-5 years. Nothing has been done.
