Can't divulge great detail yet until my attorney finalizes his recommended course of action, but I'll say that my wife and I recently learned why Warren Buffett does face to face visits with upper management before he puts his money on a company. They'll need to be bought it to survive due to an arrogant adherence to sales practices that worked in used car dealerships forty years ago. My wife and I will have a more detailed report next week, but the early synopsis is that they'll never meet projections, franchisees will bail long before they get quality locations to sustain them, and nothing will change that except a hostile takeover by investors who know how to build a sales machine. Anyone got Chet Holm's number?
