JCDS is not an inactive security and the company's can be contacted very easily. The SEC doesn't just revoke without doing some due diligence. They do revoke stocks that are supposed to report but fail to. That's the popular reason along with trading inactivity. Neither one the case here. Form 15 matters a bunch. Plenty of examples lately.
